I use art as a research tool. I seek to transgress, illuminate, and demystify control systems by using a trans-disciplinary approach that explores hybrid media, the archive, and exchange. I create custom software, hardware, and network tools that generate visual artifacts and occasionally incorporate the code itself. These artifacts include one to six channel video art, animated GIFs, electronic media installations, documentation systems, performance lectures, paralegal archives, and works on paper.

Transformations between raster, scalable vector graphics, and four-dimensional bitstreams. Visual representations for formal language constructs. API design and software legibility.
